reg 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 31 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Schedule

In the Infectious Diseases (Notification of Prescribed Infectious Diseases) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 612/2008), in the Schedule, in Part 1, in the second column —

(a)

after item (c), insert —“(ca)Crimean‑Congo Haemorrhagic Fever”;

(b)

replace item (g) with —“(g)Ebola Disease”;

(c)

after item (h), insert —“(ha)Lassa Fever”; and

(d)

after item (i), insert —“(ia)Marburg Virus Disease”.
