Regulation 11
No ship to anchor or ply at quarantine anchorage
Subregulation 1
No ship shall enter or remain at a quarantine anchorage unless required to do so by the Act or these Regulations, or with the written permission of a Port Health Officer.
Subregulation 2
No boat, launch, bumboat or harbour craft shall enter or ply within a quarantine anchorage except those authorised to do so under any written law or with the written permission of a Port Health Officer.
