Regulation 40

Where the master of a vessel is required by a Port Health Officer to carry out any sanitary measures in respect of the vessel, a Port Health Officer may on request furnish to any interested person a certificate specifying the nature of any measures employed with regard to the vessel, its cargo, its passengers or passengers’ luggage.
