Persons placed under surveillance or isolation
Subregulation 1
A Port Health Officer may require any person who has not been vaccinated because of a medical contraindication to be placed under surveillance or isolation for such period or periods and at such place as he may determine.
Subregulation 2
Any person detained at a quarantine station shall comply with any directions of a Port Health Officer.
