Containers
Subregulation 1
The owner, charterer, consignor or consignee or his agent shall ensure that every container including the goods therein is kept free of vectors and rodents at all times.
Subregulation 2
The owner or occupier of any premises where containers are packed, broken up or stored shall keep such premises free of vectors and rodents.
