Regulation 49
Any person who —
(a)
issues, obtains or is in possession of any false document; or
(b)
uses any document which has been tampered with,being a document purporting to be issued under the Act or these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
