Quorum
of Info-communications Media Development Authority Act 2016

Section 31
(1)
The quorum for a meeting of the Authority is the higher of the following:
(a)
one-third of the number of members;
(b)
3 members.
(2)
No business may be transacted at a meeting of the Authority if a quorum is not present.
