92. Other saving and transitional provisions
Feedback & supportEvery act done by or on behalf of the Former IDA (in relation to the transferring IDA function) or the Former MDA has effect as though it was done by or on behalf of the Authority, and remains in force until such time as the Authority invalidates, revokes, cancels or otherwise determines that act.
Former IDA
“Former IDA” means the Info‑communications Development Authority of Singapore established by section 3 of the Info‑communications Development Authority of Singapore Act;
Where anything has been started by or on behalf of the Former IDA (in relation to the transferring IDA function) or the Former MDA before the transfer date, the Authority may carry on and complete that thing on or after that date.
transferring IDA function
“transferring IDA function” means the functions discharged by the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Designate Wing of the Info‑communications Development Authority of Singapore on the eve of the transfer date.
