This Notification is the Info‑communications Media Development Authority (Regulated Persons) Notification 2026 and comes into operation on 2 October 2026.
The persons specified in the Schedule are each a regulated person for the purposes of the definition of “regulated person” in section 59(1) of the Act.
Revoke the Media Development Authority of Singapore (Regulated Persons) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 176/2003).
