Citation and commencement

Infrastructure Protection (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation IPA-S817-2018 2017, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2017.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Infrastructure Protection (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 18 December 2018.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 74(1) of the Act:
an offence under section 39(4) or 46(4) of the Act;
an offence under regulation 2(8), 3(3) or 4(3) of the Infrastructure Protection (Special Developments and Special Infrastructures) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 816/2018).
