reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Areas) (No. 2) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 14 September 2022.

reg 2Premises declared to be protected area

The premises described in the second column of the Schedule are declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected area.

reg 3Revocation

In the Schedule to the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 3), delete item (3).
