reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Places) (No. 16) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 9 December 2020.

reg 2Premises declared to be protected places

The premises described in the second column of the Schedule are declared to be protected places for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the corresponding protected place.

reg 3Revocations

(1)

The Protected Places (No. 7) Order 2002 (G.N. No. S 546/2002) is revoked.

(2)

The Protected Places (No. 9) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 395/2003) is revoked.

(3)

Item (13) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is deleted.

(4)

Item (11) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 14) is deleted.

Subregulation 1

The Protected Places (No. 7) Order 2002 (G.N. No. S 546/2002) is revoked.

Subregulation 2

The Protected Places (No. 9) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 395/2003) is revoked.

Subregulation 3

Item (13) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is deleted.

Subregulation 4

Item (11) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 14) is deleted.
