Infrastructure Protection (Protected Places) (No. 4) Order 2026 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation S491 2026, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2026.
Citation and commencement
This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Places) (No. 4) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 12 July 2026.
Premises declared to be protected place
The premises described in the second column of the Schedule are declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected place.
Revocation
In the Infrastructure Protection (Protected Places) (No. 4) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 568/2019), in the Schedule, delete item 1.
