This Order is the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act 1992 (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 11 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of Second Schedule

In the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act 1992, in the Second Schedule, after item 11, insert —“12.The scheme known as the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Cash Grant 2026 that was first announced publicly on 29 July 2026”.
