Resignation of liquidator
The liquidator of a company who is appointed as liquidator of the company by the Court or by the direction of the Court, and who intends to resign his or her office, must give 2 months’ written notice of his or her resignation to the Court (in addition to those persons mentioned in regulation 54 of the Court-Ordered Winding Up Regulations or regulation 45 of the Voluntary Winding Up Regulations, whichever is applicable).
