Powers of Court
Where any action, cause or matter pending, brought or continued by or against a company against which a winding up order has been made is transferred under rule 143, the Judge may determine and deal with any application, matter or proceeding which, if the action, cause or matter had not been transferred, would have been determined in chambers.
