Copy of application and supporting affidavit to be provided to creditor or member
Every creditor or member of a company is entitled to be provided, by the applicant of an application for a judicial management order in respect of the company, with a copy each of the application and the affidavit supporting the application within 48 hours after requiring the same, upon payment of $1 per page of such copy.
