Filing of application for judicial management order

Subregulation 1
An application for a judicial management order must be filed at the office of the Registrar.

Where a time and place has been appointed for the hearing of an application for a judicial management order —
(a)
notice of the time and place appointed for hearing the application must be indicated on the originating application and sealed copies of the originating application; and
(b)
the Registrar may at any time before notice of the application has been published in accordance with section 91(4)(a) of the Act, alter the time appointed and fix another time.
