Regulation 33
Payment of dividends
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 297(2) of the Act, the Official Assignee may make such periodic payments of dividends of such amounts as the Official Assignee thinks fit to the creditors concerned.
Subregulation 2
The Official Assignee may postpone the payment of any dividend as the Official Assignee thinks fit.
