Regulation 36
Extension, etc., of time
Subregulation 1
The Official Assignee may, on the application of any debtor or creditor or on the own motion of the Official Assignee and on any terms that the Official Assignee thinks just, by notice extend or abridge the period within which the debtor or creditor is required by these Regulations to submit any document or to do any other act.
Subregulation 2
The Official Assignee may extend any period mentioned in paragraph (1) even if the application for extension is not made until after the expiration of that period.
