This Order is the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Exemption from Section 412(1)(d)) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 21 September 2026.

reg 2Amendment of paragraph 2

In the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Exemption from Section 412(1)(d)) Order 2026 (G.N. No. S 295/2026), in paragraph 2, in the definitions of “chips” and “special employee”, replace “ “chips” ” with “ “casino chip” ”.

In the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Exemption from Section 412(1)(d)) Order 2026, in paragraph 3(a), replace “chips” wherever it appears with “casino chips”.
