These Regulations are the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Filing, Lodgment and Submission of Documents) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.
In the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Filing, Lodgment and Submission of Documents) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 586/2020), in regulation 26(a)(i), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
In the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Filing, Lodgment and Submission of Documents) Regulations 2020, in regulation 27(a)(i), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
