Prescribed information under section 254(3B)(c) of Act

For the purposes of section 254(3B)(c) of the Act, the reference to a document in section 254(2A) of the Act excludes the following entries in a form submitted on the electronic transaction system mentioned in regulation 16(1)(a):
(a)
a person’s email address;
(b)
an individual’s residential address;
(c)
an individual’s mobile telephone number.
