Time for filing or lodgment of documents
Where a form or document is required under the Act or any subsidiary legislation made under the Act to be filed or lodged with the Official Assignee, the Official Receiver or the Registrar of Companies, but a period of time within which that form or document is to be filed or lodged is not prescribed, that form or document must be filed or lodged —
(a)
within 14 days; or
(b)
in the case of a form or document required to be filed or lodged by a foreign company, within a further period that the Official Assignee, the Official Receiver or the Registrar of Companies (as the case may be) may in special circumstances allow,after the occurrence of the event to which the form or document relates.
