Prescribed arrangement, etc., under sections 64(12)(a), 65(7)(a), 95(3)(a) and 96(5)(a) of Act
The exercise of all legal rights under any security interest arrangement is prescribed for the purposes of sections 64(12)(a), 65(7)(a), 95(3)(a) and 96(5)(a) of the Act.
