Prescribed proceedings, etc., under sections 64(12)(b), 65(7)(b), 95(3)(b) and 96(5)(b) of Act
The commencement (but not the continuation) of any admiralty proceedings is prescribed for the purposes of sections 64(12)(b), 65(7)(b), 95(3)(b) and 96(5)(b) of the Act.
