Saving and transitional provision for amendment of Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act
Despite section 471 of the Act, section 16G(3) of the Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act (Cap. 87A) as in force immediately before 30 July 2020 continues to apply to or in relation to any parent who is adjudged bankrupt pursuant to a bankruptcy application made before that date.
