Saving and transitional provision for amendment of Education Service Incentive Payment Act
Despite section 472 of the Act, section 7(2) of the Education Service Incentive Payment Act (Cap. 87B) as in force immediately before 30 July 2020 continues to apply to or in relation to any member of the CONNECT Plan who is adjudged bankrupt pursuant to a bankruptcy application made before that date.
