Regulation 10
Where an officer is acquitted of a criminal charge, the Establishment Committee may —
(a)
consider the record of the proceedings of the court; and (b)if it is of the opinion that the officer should be dismissed, reduced in rank or punished in some other way, cause appropriate proceedings to be taken under these Regulations.
