Amendment of section 35ZM
Section 35ZM(1) of the Insurance Act is amended by deleting the words “section 35ZN, shall, without the written approval of the Authority” and substituting the words “section 35ZN(1)(a), (b), (c), (d), (e) or (ea), shall”.
