Amendment of section 36

Section 36 of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or registered insurance broker” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “, an authorised reinsurer or a registered insurance broker”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “shall be lodged” in subsection (10), the words “by the insurer”.
