Amendment of section 17

Section 17 of the Insurance Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “registered” in subsections (1), (1A), (2), (3) and (6) and substituting in each case the word “licensed”;

(b)

by deleting the words “may be prescribed” in subsection (6)(a) and substituting the words “the Authority may prescribe or specify in directions”; and

(c)

by deleting subsections (14) and (15).
