Arrangements affecting control of insurers

Subregulation 1
Every approved MAT insurer shall immediately inform the Authority of any change in the control of the insurer.

For the purposes of this regulation, section 34B(9) of the Act shall apply as if every reference to authorised reinsurer were a reference to approved MAT insurer.
