Arrangements affecting control of authorised reinsurers

Subregulation 1
Every authorised reinsurer shall immediately inform the Authority of any change of a person having control of the authorised reinsurer.

For the purposes of this regulation, section 34B(9) of the Act shall apply with the necessary modifications.
