7. Arrangements affecting control of authorised reinsurers

Every authorised reinsurer shall immediately inform the Authority of any change of a person having control of the authorised reinsurer. (2) For the purposes of this regulation, section 34B(9) of the Act shall apply with the necessary modifications.
