Clause 19

Amendment of section 140G

Section 140G of the Copyright Act, as amended by section 5, is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “importer” in subsection (1), the words “or exporter (as the case may be)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “importer” in subsection (3), the words “or exporter”.
