The Minister may give to the Office any direction under section 5 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018.

“Office” means the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore established under section 3;

The Office must furnish the Minister with such information in respect of its property and activities in such manner and at such times as the Minister may require.
