Section 21

Objections against orders under section 20

The proprietor or agent in Singapore of the proprietor of any publication which is the subject of an order made under section 20 may, within one month of the date of publication of the order in the Gazette, make an objection against the order to the President, whose decision shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.
