Registration of persons arrested or detained
The provisions of the Registration of Criminals Act 1949, relating to the taking of finger impressions and photographs of persons under arrest and accused of any crime shall apply to persons arrested and detained under this Act as if they were persons accused of any crime within the meaning of that Act.
