Regulation 17
Penalty for refusing or delaying to give evidence or produce documents
Any person who refuses or delays to give evidence or to produce any documents before the compensation authority shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
