Subregulation 1
The Superintendent of a place of detention may, for the purpose of promoting the wellbeing of any detained persons in the place of detention, require the detained persons to participate in any recreational, vocational or other programmes that the Minister may determine.
Subregulation 2

The Superintendent of a place of detention may decide not to require any detained persons in the place of detention from participating in all or any of the programmes mentioned in paragraph (1).
