25. Liability of arbitrator
Feedback & supportAn arbitrator shall not be liable for —
(a)
negligence in respect of anything done or omitted to be done in the capacity of arbitrator; and
(b)
any mistake in law, fact or procedure made in the course of arbitral proceedings or in the making of an arbitral award.

“arbitral award” has the meaning given by the Convention, but also includes an order or a direction made or given by an arbitral tribunal in the course of an arbitration in respect of any of the matters set out in section 12(1)(c) to (j);
