This Order is the International Organisations (Immunities and Privileges) (Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centre) Order 1969.
Status of Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centre
The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centre (called in this Order the Centre) is declared to be an organisation of which the Government and the governments of foreign sovereign Powers are members.
The Centre has the legal capacities of a body corporate.
Immunities and privileges of the Centre
The Centre has the immunities and privileges set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the Act.
