Regulation 6

Immunities and privileges of officials of the Organization

Subregulation 1

Officials of the Organization who are part of the International Staff of the Organization and whose names are communicated to and approved by the Government enjoy exemption from income tax in respect of emoluments received by them as officials of the Organization.

Subregulation 2

In this Order, “officials of the Organization” includes experts and consultants performing missions for the Organization.
