12. Repeal of repealing laws
Feedback & supportWhere any written law repealing in whole or in part any former written law is itself repealed, the last repeal does not revive the written law or the provisions previously repealed, unless words are added reviving that written law or those provisions.

“written law” means the Constitution and all previous Constitutions having application to Singapore and all Acts, Ordinances and enactments by whatever name called and subsidiary legislation made thereunder for the time being in force in Singapore;
