This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Customs Declaration — Fees) Order 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 30th October 2007.

Regulation 2

Fees for customs declaration

There shall be payable to the Director-General of Customs the following fees for every declaration required by the Customs Act (Cap. 70) for the import, export or transhipment of goods:

(a)

$0.90 per declaration made before 19th December 2012 by electronic notice through TradeNet solely for the purposes of that Act; (b)$10 per declaration made not using TradeNet before 19th December 2012 solely for the purposes of that Act.

The Director-General of Customs may, in any particular case, remit wholly or in part any fee payable under paragraph 2.
