Definitions
In this Order —“Deputy Commissioner for Labour” means any Deputy Commissioner for Labour;“MOM Permanent Secretary” means any Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Manpower.

Regulation 3
Delegations to political office holders
The Minister for Manpower, with the Prime Minister’s approval, delegates the functions under the provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the First Schedule to the persons specified in the third column of the First Schedule, subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the fourth column of the First Schedule.
Regulation 4
Delegations to other persons
The Minister for Manpower delegates the functions under the provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Second Schedule to the persons specified in the third column of the Second Schedule, subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the fourth column of the Second Schedule.
