Citation and commencement
This Order is the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Social and Family Development) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of First Schedule
In the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Social and Family Development) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 139/2024), in the First Schedule —
in item 2, delete paragraph (3);
after item 5, insert —“5A.Social Residential Homes Act 2025(1)Section 27Step‑in order or expedited step-in orderMSF political office holderNil(2)Section 28Revocation of step‑in order or expedited step‑in order or appointment of step‑in operatorMSF political office holderNil”; and
in item 7, delete paragraphs (3) and (4).
Amendment of Second Schedule
In the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Social and Family Development) Order 2024, in the Second Schedule —
