The Minister for Trade and Industry (Energy and Industry), with the Prime Minister’s approval, delegates the functions under the provisions of the Act specified in the first column of the Schedule to the persons specified in the third column of the Schedule, subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the fourth column of the Schedule.
