In this Order, “MTI political office holder” means —
any Second Minister for Trade and Industry; (b)any Minister of State assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Trade and Industry (Energy and Industry); and
any Parliamentary Secretary assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Trade and Industry (Energy and Industry).
