Regulation 2
Definition
In this Order, “MTI political office holder” means —
(a)
any Second Minister for Trade and Industry; (b)any Minister of State assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Trade and Industry; and (c)any Parliamentary Secretary assigned by the Prime Minister to assist the Minister for Trade and Industry.
Regulation 3
Delegations to political office holders
The Minister for Trade and Industry, with the Prime Minister’s approval, delegates the functions under the provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Schedule to the persons specified in the third column of the Schedule, subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the fourth column of the Schedule.
